Can I Pick My Phone Number?
Your Prefix Will Be Chosen By Using The Zip Code That You Enter During Checkout. Most Times You Are Given A Prefix For Your Area, But There Are Times When A Prefix For A Neighboring Area Would Be Given To You Based On Availability.

How do I pay my monthly bill?
You may pay your bill by calling 651-455-6995 to pay with a debit or credit card. Or you can pay your bill securely using Paypal by going to www.nocreditcellphonez.com and clicking on the Catergory Link, then clicking on Minute Plans, then choosing your minute plan to renew, then entering your information, including the mobile phone number you are paying your monthly bill for. Please Note that for security reasons, when paying with Paypal, all payments are manually checked before your payment is manually applied to your account by a real person. So it could take up to two hours for your payment to be applied to your account.

Can I change my Minute Plan?
Yes, you can change your minute plan each month by following the instructions in #2 and choosing the plan you would like.

What if I don't pay my bill on time?
If your bill is not paid by the date due adn you do not have extra funds on your account, your service will be interrupted until your have paid. If your bill is not paid within 90 days, you will lose your phone number and have to reactive your service at which time a reactivation charge or $35.0 will apply.
